NeverTechLate aims to break the isolation cycle by providing older adults with tablets that can be used to help them reconnect with their families and social network as they move into nursing homes and assisted living facilities. NeverTechLate is backed by a unique instructional design approach that appreciates the needs of older adults when it comes to understanding and utilizing technology. The learning sessions have been developed after an in-depth needs assessment conducted in collaboration with field experts, assisted and nursing home residents, as well as leadership and staff in retirement communities.
